1. Start by going to your community:

Note: If you have more than one subscription or an LTM all-access, you can choose any of the websites to log in.

 

2. Make sure you're logged in on the top right corner of your screen by clicking on the person icon.

3. Select the menu option "Your subscription" 

4. Once you are on your subscription profile, click on "Manage billing"

5. From here, you can update your Account Information, Change Your Address, Add a Payment Method and View Your Billing History

6. To cancel your plan, click on "Cancel plan"
